Things I Learned this Weekend...

1. Catching up on Twitter and blogs while eating cinnamon apple oatmeal with almond milk and a banana, is the perfect way to start the weekend.

2. I LOVE BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!! Plus, not only are they really good for you, but they are so easy to make. I roasted these little beauties at 425 degrees, with a sprinkling of olive oil, Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 

The. Perfect. Snack.

3. Running is slowly starting to become my favorite way to work out. (Ask me again in 2 weeks...) But seriously, I am the Goldilocks of working out. I don't like the elliptical because I don't sweat glisten enough while doing it, workout classes are too expensive especially since I have a gym in my condo, and working out in my apartment is not really an option...but running is just right.

Twitter, blogs, and oatmeal? Sounds like the best way to start off the weekend! :)
I don't run often, but when I do I absolutely love it. All I need is a good playlist and I'm ready to go!
